Beyond rentals we offer a range of services throughout town and are happy to make your stay “turn key” in the Hakuba valley and surrounding regions via superior intimate knowledge and simply better service.Our winter rental service includes
– Hotel/Accommodation pick up, professional equipment fitting and then a drop off. Depending on your allotted time frame we will drop you at a ski field, a restaurant of choice or off for shopping. Accordingly we return your rental gear to your accommodation storage area marked with your name on it.Follow up service
– need to change out your gear or upgrade it, switch to a powder outfit (Stipulations do apply)
– customers do have technical problems with their gear, our service staff to can be on the hill to fix your gear normally within an hour of the call.Final Return
At the end of your rental duration we pick up your gear from your hotel. You leave it at the allotted spot and get back to thinking about the next leg of your holiday
